This instrument applies to all users of the Platform (regardless of registration or payment) and serves as an extension of Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Any third-party data processors are obliged to comply with this policy when processing personal data on our behalf. Any breach of this policy by that third party may result in disciplinary action being taken against them.

At Ellua Core we stand by the protection of your personal data. It is a top priority for us to build a relationship of trust with you as a user of our product. These steps include:

- Data relating to your performance and workouts with the Ellua Core App.
- Third-Party Login: If you register via Google, Facebook, or Apple ID, we receive information authorized by those services’ privacy settings.
- Fitness and Health Data: Workout logs, training history, goals, personalized notes, and calendar data.
- Usage and Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, time spent on pages, and geolocation (if authorized).
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic.

- Provide, maintain, and improve our fitness services.
